I just sold my house with Julie and I couldn't be happier.  She is the consummate professional and all around great agent.  With the sale of my house, she was mindful of details but more than that, with the most important things such as pricing the house correctly and also at what time of the year to put up for sale she was right on the money!  She's also a great communicator which needless to say, is so important. We got the house sold quickly and above asking price. I have and will keep recommending her services to my friends, family or anybody who needs an agent, and look forwards to working with her again. My wife and I had the distinct pleasure of working with Shelly Chudzicki of Century 21 Gold. As first time homebuyers, we did not know what to expect and were intimidated by the daunting process. I have worked with Donna, Shelly & Shannon for 18 years on home purchases and home selling. I will not work any other agent they are GREAT!!! Century 21 Gold staff has great customer service. I have been dealing with real estate, buying and selling, for over 25 years now and I have to say; I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE WITH ANYONE UNTIL I FOUND DONNA CHUDZICKI!  When I first contemplated moving to Norco I was using a different realtor and she did an okay job...  but I am always looking for business professionals that go above and beyond what is expected.  I want more than just an okay job, I want someone with insight, tenacity and courage.  Someone that will work tirelessly for me! I am driven and I want my realtor to be just as motivated for me as I am for myself. I want someone that will write up an offer, even IF it isn't what the seller is likely to accept! Someone who isn't afraid of 'hurting their feelings', but instead will work for both sides to come up with a price that ultimately makes everyone happy!  That is Donna Chudzicki and her team of professionals!  I have dealt with many realtors on my way to finding Donna Chudzicki and I knew my search was over the day we met and began our business relationship.  Since meeting and working all of these years with Donna I have been in contact through our many dealing transactions, with many more realtors and hands down, Donna and the entire Chudzicki team is a class above the rest!  Now my dealing include working with Donna's girls; Shelly and Shannon Chudzicki and they too work tirelessly on every project we do together.  With such a team of stars behind me, always looking out for me, I have amassed such a great portfolio of properties I can't even believe it myself!
