I just sold my house with Julie and I couldn't be happier.  She is the consummate professional and all around great agent.  With the sale of my house, she was mindful of details but more than that, with the most important things such as pricing the house correctly and also at what time of the year to put up for sale she was right on the money!  She's also a great communicator which needless to say, is so important. We got the house sold quickly and above asking price.
I have and will keep recommending her services to my friends, family or anybody who needs an agent, and look forwards to working with her again.

I have been dealing with real estate, buying and selling, for over 25 years now and I have to say; I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE WITH ANYONE UNTIL I FOUND DONNA CHUDZICKI!  When I first contemplated moving to Norco I was using a different realtor and she did an okay job...  but I am always looking for business professionals that go above and beyond what is expected.  I want more than just an okay job, I want someone with insight, tenacity and courage.  Someone that will work tirelessly for me!
